
A symbol of sound and care: The liberty bell reimagined

Entering the Philadelphia market required a symbol that could seamlessly connect Highmark Health with the city’s rich history and vibrant culture. We designed a stylized version of the Liberty Bell, incorporating headphones to represent music and a heart at its center to symbolize healthcare and one of philadelphia’s most famous trademarks “love”. This reimagined icon became the centerpiece of our “One Beat, One Philly” campaign, launched through sponsorships of two iconic music venues, The Met and The Mann. The design bridged the city’s past and present, celebrating its legacy while embracing its creative energy. Adaptable across signage, merchandise, and digital platforms, the icon served as both a visual and emotional connection to Philadelphia, uniting themes of wellness, music, and community in one cohesive, memorable mark.
